Private-pay Rate

Olivia accepts private-pay clients.  Her standard individual and couples sessions are 55-minutes in length.  She does offer extended time for couple and family therapy of 90 minutes-3 hours.  Olivia also offered private pay for extended EMDR Therapy sessions. Olivia requires payment by credit card to be made at the time of each scheduled session.  She requests a credit card be provided at the initial session for payment in the event of a late-cancellation or missed session.

Regular Fee: 55 minute session: $250

Two Hour Session Fee: $500

Three Hour Session: $750

Pre-marital Counseling package: $ inquire about package options

Extended EMDR Sessions- per 30 min extension: $100

Health Savings Accounts:

Payment may be made with HSA cards or Olivia can provide the client with an invoice to submit for reimbursement.

Sliding Scale:

The option of a sliding scale fee is available for those clients with limited means.  Please inquire about the sliding scale if you are a student or a household of annual income less than $50k.

Cancellation Policy:

Olivia requires 24 hour notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments.  The client will be charged the full-session fee for any late-cancellations or missed appointments.
